Pantyhose bondage, which seems like a fairly narrow sexual fetish on the surface, is in fact a wide ranging sexual fantasy for a significant number of men. The typical pantyhose bondage fantasy features a woman in pantyhose, sometimes entirely encased in them, being tied up or bound in some way. Most of the time these binds are done with pantyhose as well, so the entire scene is swathed in pantyhose. However, there are many variations on this theme that can be very interesting to explore.

However, for a small portion of men, the idea of pantyhose encasement and bound by pantyhose themselves is quite a turn on. This is likely born out of having an overly aggressive mother or suffering tremendous humiliation as a child, which you would then gravitate towards as an adult (somehow all that childhood trauma becomes sexual).
